We are pleased to announce the arrival of the automated system for Online Position Requests.  This is the first module of the ASA Switchboard developed (by ASA & BADG) as part of a comprehensive ASA process improvement initiative.  The Online Position Request module will offer many immediate benefits including:

•        comprehensive electronic approvals

•        improved turnaround time

•        on line status report

•        information sharing capabilities

The Launch Dates for the Online Position Request are as follows:

Monday – AUGUST 1st, 2011 – Official Launch Position Request Module -

All new School of Medicine Position Requests are to be entered via the online application.

Paper Position Requests will no longer be accepted by the Associate Vice Chancellor’s Office EXCEPT for Change in Series actions.

Announcement:  Change in Series (CIS) actions may now be entered via the application.  Please note:  Only CIS with new provison numbers need to be entered.

The application should be intuitive but individual and group training can be made available on campus or Hillcrest.
