The VCHS Shared Services – Faculty Compensation Office is a unit established to provide the highest quality of transactional services related to faculty compensation. It is organized to deliver its services in a professional and timely manner, providing both subject matter expertise and strict adherence to University policies and procedures. As a central service center, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, innovative, and cost-efficient service.
